Projects under Service Automation Administration supports how a user is able to perform in the Projects Module to manage their location's project. Projects offers the ability to add:

  • Project Reviewers.
  • Project Approvers. 
  • Project Rules. 
  • Types & Categories. 
  • General Configuration. 

Users with either the Admin or Super Admin role can access Projects in Service Automation Administration. Adding the role would be under Admin-Permissionsassign users to Projects in Admin > Permissions, as illustrated below
