Refrigeration Tracking Manager (RTM) requires that users set the stage for their company to manage, track and report on their refrigerated assets. The preparation for companies includes:
- a conversation with your ServiceChannel Representative to have RTM turned on for your company, including the various Feature Flags that add additional options and customization;
- designation of Refrigeration Administrators;
- designation of Refrigeration Technicians, either Internal (company employees) or External Technicians (provider employees);
- set up of Inventory location, that house refrigerant gasses;
- loading of refrigerated assets into Asset Manager;
- setting Leak Rate Thresholds & Calculation Methods; and
- setting up Refrigerated assets in the Issue List including troubleshooting messages.
