The MLP Approval process is automated so to save the time and frustration of manually sending and receiving proposals between service providers, general managers, and facility operations.

MLP Configuration
MLP Approval configuration consists of two parts:
- MLP Levels: hierarchical lists of users who are appointed to approve proposals, and the location(s) for which those users are permissioned to approve proposals.
- MLP Rules: the workflow of the overall approval process. MLP Rules are configured using a hierarchy of MLP Levels and diverging approval paths for proposals under differing trades and categories.
You must create MLP Levels before creating MLP Rules. Best practice is to create all MLP Levels first so you can easily select them while creating MLP Rules. You may use MLP Levels template to configure MLP Approval.
