Regular analysis of your service providers’ compliance helps you reduce risks related to your service provider network. From the Compliance Summary page, you can view service providers' compliance with requirements, send notification to service providers, export their information, or review their profiles and manage them.

Viewing Compliance for All Requirements

The Compliance Summary tab displays the compliance of both your in-network and invited service providers. On the Compliance Summary page, the overall compliance percentage is indicated in the #% Overall Compliance of # Contractors section at the top-left. The overall compliance percentage depends on the other filters applied.

You may view insurance compliance in detail and/or approve/reject insurance certificates of your service providers in the Certificates of Insurance Detail View tab.

Filters

The Compliance Summary tab has several filters that help you review compliance information as desired. You may apply the filters one at a time or use a combination of filters to view the following information:

  • Invited service providers - Compliance of service providers who are currently going through the on-boarding process for joining your private network, but are yet to be accepted.
  • In-network service providers: Compliance information of active service providers in your private network.
  • Compliant Compliant button image - Displays the compliance summary of all compliant providers. The percentage and number of service providers who are 100% compliant with all your requirements display in the button. (The percentage and number of providers displayed here vary based on the other filters applied, such as invited/in-network, trade, or primary rank status.)
  • Non-Compliant Non-compliant button - Displays the compliance summary of all non-compliant providers. The percentage and number of service providers who are not 100% compliant with all of your requirements display in the button. (The percentage and number of providers displayed here vary based on the other filters applied, such as invited/in-network, trade, or primary rank status.)
  • Primary ranked providers - Compliance of primary ranked providers for all trades and locations.
  • Trade - Compliance of service providers offering a specific trade, which you may select by clicking in the Filter by Trade field, and selecting the desired trade in the drop-down list that appears.
  • Specific provider by name - Compliance of a specific service provider.

Sorting Options

By default, the list of service providers displays in alphabetical order. For easy review of compliant or non-compliant service providers, you may arrange the list by percentage of compliance.

  • Requirement - Click a requirement name to view non-compliant service providers for that requirement at the top of the list. Clicking the column header again displays compliant service providers at the top.
  • Compliance % - Click the Compliance % link to arrange the list by providers with the highest levels of compliance at the top. Clicking Compliance % again lists providers with lowest levels of compliance at the top.
  • Contractors - Click the Contractors link to arrange the list by alphabetical order. This overrides sorting by specific requirements. The list can be arranged in reverse alphabetic order by clicking the Contractors link again.
