In SC Mobile, you can set alerts to notify you on work order activity. This is beneficial so you are aware of any changes or updates as soon as they occur. Alerts appear on your mobile device, like any other mobile notification.

You can set an alert for:

title⦿ How to set an Alert


Note

You can only configure alerts for one location at a time.

  1. On the SC Mobile home page, tap Alerts.
  2. Tap the + icon next to Set an Alert. The Set Alert Location(s) drop down menu appears.
  3. Tap the Set Alert Location(s) drop down menu to locate your desired location, and then tap the location. The list of configurable alerts appears.
  4. Tap the red toggle next to each desired alert to turn it on.
  5. Tap I’m Done, Save. The selected location appears on the top of the + icon.
  6. Click the circle x on the top right corner to exit Alerts.

title⦿ How to remove an Alert
  1. On the SC Mobile home page, tap Alerts. The list of locations with alerts turned on appears.
  2. Tap the x icon to the right of the desired location. The selected location is removed from the list, and you will no longer receive alerts.
  3. Click the circle x on the top right corner to exit Alerts.

Heading 2 looks like this - choose Heading 2 and then change the color to the top row, 5th from the left.
