You can create an RFP and send it to selected providers. Providers will submit their proposals Proposals to bid on work.
In this section, you learn how to create RFPs, search and view RFPs, and manage RFPs.
A standalone RFP is not attached to a work order.

Alternatively, set the due date and time, and the Due in (hrs) field will populate accordingly.

The RFP is created and sent to the selected providers. They can start submitting their proposals.
Once the RFP is submitted, you can view it on the RFPs List. To do that, click View RFP. To submit another RFP, click New RFP.
You also get an email notification about the created RFP. In the email, you can see providers who received the RFP along with their email addresses, key RFP details, and location information. Click View RFP to navigate to the RFPs List.

In the Due in (hrs) field, enter a due time in hours for providers to respond to the RFP and submit their proposals. The default is 48 hours. The Due Date/Time fields update automatically depending on the number of hours you specified.
Alternatively, set the due date and time, and the Due in (hrs) field will populate accordingly.

In the list of providers who are assigned to location and trade of the selected service request, pick the providers to dispatch the RFP to.

The RFP is linked to the work order and dispatched to the specified providers. Now they can submit their proposals.
Once the RFP is submitted, you can view it on the RFPs List. To do that, click View RFP. To submit another RFP, click New RFP.
