When work orders are created outside of business hours or during holidays, service providers and internal facility teams may not be available at the moment to review and take action on work orders. High priority or emergency work orders should be redirected to a provider who is available during those hours.

In this article, you will find out how to set up business hours and holidays for a specific location. Learn more about managing business hours for all locations via a template.
