- Locations: View a list of locations to which you have access, by list view or map view.
- When When location services are enabled, the list will sort is sorted by distance, with the location closest to you listed on top (list view) or pinned to the map (map view).
- By default, you will see Locations locations in the list view.
- When selecting you select a Locationlocation, you will see all Work Orders work orders and Proposals proposals associated with that location. You may also create Work Orders for that location. When requesting a service request with the Conditional Dashboard in place, the corresponding dashboard will be displayed based on your location selections, so you go through creating a work order steps for the specific location. - Search: Use to quickly find:
- Work Ordersorders by tracking number, work order number, or purchase order number;Proposals by proposal number; and
- Locations by Location location ID, partial or full location name, address, zip code, or other related keywords.
- Proposals by proposal number
- WOs (Work Orders): View Create, view, and modify work orders across all permissioned locations. You may also create a work order through here, which will prompt you to first choose a Location before entering the work order.
- Proposals (permissioned access): View and take action on proposals across all permissioned locations.
- Site Planning Planning (permissioned access): Conduct inspections of items at a site , alongside a configured checklist. See "About Site Audit Mobile" for more information.Alerts: Allows you to turn on mobile notifications to by completing configured checklists. See Site Planning Manager in SC Mobile for more information.
- Site Access (permissioned access): View scheduled-to-arrive and checked-in technicians, verify technicians on-site, and scan their badges (if this feature is enabled).
- Alerts: Turn on mobile notifications that help you manage work orders.
