Features and improvements




General. Starting August 31, we will no longer support the ServiceChannel Mobile app for Apple devices using iOS versions 13 or older. The app will continue to work for those devices running older operating systems, but you will not be able to update them with bug fixes, security updates, or new features. Make sure your device is up to date!

 

Bug fixes




Work Orders. The number of filtered work orders displayed in the app and on the web didn't match. Now the list of work orders in the app is the same as on the web.
