Provider Pilots are designed to help you set up performance testing period for newly accepted providers and for all providers In Network.

When you create a pilot with a specified set of work orders as a goal for the provider's testing period, it does not impact the provider’s current assignments or rankings. This allows you to track pilot work orders separately and make an informed decision on future assignments.

⦿ How to Access Provider Pilots

  1. On the Hamburger Menu, click Locations & Provider Assignments.
  2. Select the provider to conduct the test period in one of the two ways:
    1. On a newly accepted provider card in the Provider Assignment Waitlist section, click Pilot.

    2. In the upper-right corner of the Provider Assignment Waitlist section, click Pilot, then click Create Pilot.
