General. Some of you couldn’t log into the app — the error popped up, stating that you had no permissions.

General. Sometimes after logging into the app, the home screen icons were unresponsive because the data was still loading. Now you see a loading spinner until all is set up.

General. We no longer show you an announcement twice when you log in on the same device with the same PIN code. But if you enter your PIN code on other devices, you’ll see this announcement once again.

JobSite. If you have access to an extended or custom list of work order statuses, you can select these statuses when checking out. Get hold of us to enable this feature.

JobSite. More things are now available in offline mode! You can access the WO details, your profile, badge, and emergency maps if you already viewed them before in online mode.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. When you create a leak record, you will instantly see what fields are to be filled out since they are marked with an asterisk now.

Work Orders. When checking out, the description of work you enter for “Completed” WOs now appears as a resolution for these WOs in Service Automation.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. When you were filling out the leak info, you couldn’t select the current date as repair and verification dates. Now you can do so.

Work Orders. Some of you couldn’t access the troubleshooting section when you were creating a WO. The app crashed only if the troubleshooting tip contained formatting.
