Checklists. During the check-out process, the WO associated checklist didn't appear if you skipped it while checking in. We've conquered this tricky bug.

Work Orders. Occasionally, an FTM internal technician was able to reassign a work order to a new provider that is on the client's Do Not Dispatch list. To avoid confusion, we removed this ability.
