Refrigerant Tracking Manager. As an FTM internal technisian, you couldn't add non-refrigeration parts on a refrigerant work order if you didn't use refrigerant parts. We’ve fixed this issue.

Work Orders. Occasionally, an FTM internal technician was able to reassign a work order to a new provider that is on the client's Do Not Dispatch list. To avoid confusion, we removed this ability.
