When work orders are created outside of business hours or during holidays, service providers and internal facility teams may not be available at the moment to review and take action on work orders. High priority or emergency work orders should be redirected to a provider who is available during those hours.
Locations can set their own business hours and holiday hours only when the administrator has turned on "Location Hours Take Precedence". See Managing Business Hours in the Admin section for more information. |
