Dashboard Administration allows users to set up options for creating and managing work orders for users of different dashboards, through Issue List configuration. You may also update theme-specific information as well as set messages to display on specific dashboards.








  1. From Service Automation's navigation menu, click Create a Service Request > Service Request Dashboard, and then search for any location.
  2. On the Dashboard, access the following Dashboard Admin settings links, either on the top navigation menu (Dashboard 2.0) or the left navigation menu (Dashboard 1.0):

In the Admin module, turn on the Dashboard Admin.

Should you not have this permission, speak with your internal ServiceChannel administrator.
