Features and improvements

Admin. You no longer need to contact us to enable the “Dashboard Expert” role for your colleagues. You can do it yourself on the Permissions tab of an employee profile.

Proposals. Want to furnish your providers with specific rules on how to fill out the proposal form? Our new feature lets you display your requirements right on the page for creating a proposal. Reach out to your ServiceChannel representative to enable it!

Work Orders. In Provider Automation, should a work order have no scheduled date, you still can manually assign it to a technician in the Work Order Assignment section — we’ve made it possible.

Work Orders. We’ve noticed that most of you prefer to filter WOs by location ID, so now this filter is selected by default on the new WOs list.

Bug fixes

Admin. You couldn’t add attachments to locations in the Locations & Provider Assignments section. You selected a file, clicked Upload, but the file never appeared among the location attachments.

Compliance Manager. In the private network invitations, apostrophes in your company name were replaced with confusing characters. Off with them!

Dashboard. Some of you had no chance to approve an invoice — every time you clicked GO on an invoice pending your approval, you faced an error message.

Dashboard. When you viewed the invoice history for a location, approval codes didn’t show up on invoices.

General. In the Locations & Provider Assignments section, the text field for the location Wiki was active even when you had no admin permissions required to update this info.
