Features and improvements




Core modules

Contracted Services. Some under-the-hood changes let us speed up the time of loading the Contracted Services page. As you navigate to the page via the hamburger menu, you will have a faster loading experience.

Dashboard. For those who are not utilizing the WO star feedback in Dashboard 2.0, we've eliminated the Enable Minimum Character Limit for Feedback preference from the Feedback tab of the dashboard settings.

Proposals. Adding asset information in the Asset Recommendation section of the proposal form brought up several issues:  

  • Asset tag ID failed to be autogenerated for the new asset.  
  • Area (physical/serving) field was mandatory even though it should have stayed optional.  
  • Dates related to the asset, for example, the Purchase Date, couldn’t be entered. 

This release ensured that  the asset tag ID is autogenerated per your settings, the area field is optional, and dates can be entered as expected.

Add-on modules

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. The Fault Code and Action Code columns have been added to the MS Excel refrigerant leak event report. You can refer to them to view the reason why the problem occurred and the action that a technician took to fix the leak.

Core modules

Compliance Manager. Here’s a small tweak to the similar provider search feature, allowing you to look for similar providers when invitations to join the Private Network expire or get declined. The similar providers search page remembers where you left off as you navigate to view a provider’s profile. By clicking the Back to Search Results link in the provider’s profile, you can go back exactly to the provider you’ve just reviewed and continue exploring similar providers.

Dashboard. After you added an attachment on the New Work Order confirmation page, you observed that the remove ✖️ icon wasn't visible. Thus, when you accidentally added the wrong attachment, you couldn't delete it. We've restored the remove icon to its rightful place.

Planned Maintenance Manager. Previously, filtering assigned PM locations by countries and states/provinces worked weirdly. You saw all existing countries, states, and provinces in the respective drop-down menus. Hence, finding the desired filter options was challenging as they were buried within multiple selections. Now, you can see only countries where you have locations and state/province(s) for selected countries.

Planned Maintenance Manager. Upon editing a location-related information for PM services, on the PM Services > Edit Frequencies > Locations page, you couldn't add or remove assets for PM Asset Inventory services. We have reinstated the ability to assign and unassign assets for these services.

Work Orders. The ETA Missed email notification was not sent to the provider as it was supposed to. This oversight could lead to confusion and communication delays, affecting your work's overall efficiency. We've tackled the issue. The ETA Missed email notifications will be sent according to the setup.
