Core modules
Dashboard. Previously, users without the Track WO: Read & Edit permission could edit the priority and category on the proposal approval page in Dashboard 2.0. From now on, they can’t modify these options.
Proposals. We've added the Set P.O # to field on the Assign proposal modal for WO proposals.
Work Orders. From now on, when you view work order notes in the Action Resolved status, you'll see the resolved date under the scheduled date.
Work Orders. When you update the work order problem description on the Edit WO modal, you can now select the issue list options from the drop-down list instead of manually entering them. |
Add-on modules
Site Planning Manager. Users with the Site Audit Auditor role will now be notified of the associated work order before removing an audit in the Open status on the Site Planning Reports page.
Bug fixes
Core modules
Planned Maintenance Manager. On the Planned Maintenance > PM Services > PM Frequency > Locations page, sorting the list by Provider didn’t work as expected. We’ve fixed it.
Planned Maintenance Manager. You might have noticed WO duplicates generated by the planned maintenance service with a monthly frequency. No more duplicates!
Proposals. Upon filtering proposals by an assignee, you could see no results even though such proposals existed. Now, the filter works without a hitch.
Work Orders. Occasionally, when you tried to resolve action required notes in bulk on the work order list view page, you faced the following error message: An error occurred while resolving notes for work orders. The issue happened if at least one action required note had already been solved. We've pinpointed the problem and taken care of it.
Work Orders. Users could get an error message when adding attachments while creating work orders in batch from the map view. The issue is fixed.
Add-on modules
Enhanced Inventory Manager. On the Transactions > Transfers page, filtering by destination you might have seen duplicate options in the Destination drop-down. We've got rid of duplicates.
