Features and improvements

Core modules

Site Planning Manager. Previously, you could edit site audits on the Site Planning Reports page even if the Site Audit Editor role wasn't enabled on the Permissions tab of a user profile. We’ve reworked the logic. To edit site audits, on the Permissions tab of a user profile, you need to enable the Site Audit Auditor role to create a site audit and the Site Audit Editor role to edit a site audit.

Work Orders. From now on, you can use the CR hotkey on your keyboard to open the Classic Service Request creation page directly! The CW hotkey open the dashboard work order creation page. Navigate across Service Automation as quickly as a flash with our keyboard shortcuts.

Work Orders. The additional location address is now displayed after the main address on the work order details page.

Bug fixes

Core modules

Dashboard. A provider could receive an unsatisfactory feedback email even if a work order got reviewed with a positive star rating (three or more stars ⭐). This happened if the Change status to Completed / Confirmed for Positive Star Rating checkbox wasn't selected on the Feedback tab of your dashboard settings. Now, the unsatisfactory feedback email won't be sent even if the work order has a positive star rating and the status is not changed to Completed / Confirmed based on the dashboard settings.

Dashboard. For users with access to only one location, clicking on the stars to leave feedback via the review reminder email resulted in a blank page instead of the Review Required tab in Dashboard 2.0. You can now leave feedback on a work order by selecting any number of stars via the review reminder email.

Dashboard. When a provider accepted a work order using a device in a non-English language, the work order status wasn't changed from Open to In Progress. We've fixed it.

Locations & Provider Assignment. On the Locations page, a system error message appeared if you entered or pasted the date in the date picker manually. To eliminate the error, now you can only select the date in the date picker.

Work Orders. Hawk-eyed users detected duplicates on the work order list view page. Duplicate locations were displayed when you selected locations with the Location ID filter. Locations are no longer duplicated on the work order list view page.
