Core modules
Admin. We've added the ability to set up different prices for the same part in case of using it by multiple providers in the MS Excel negotiated price list template on the Admin > Tools > Negotiated Price List page. 📞 Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.
Locations & Provider Assignments. In the Assign/Retire Providers for Locations modal, we removed the word rank from the Rank drop-down to make the rank search easier. To find the desired rank you can enter the number in the Rank drop-down.
Work Orders. When a provider performed accept, decline, or added a note on a work order via SMS process, the first found provider user name was displayed in the Created By field under the Attachments & Notes tab on the work order details view page. Sometimes, the name was someone other than the actual user who did the action. Now, the SMS Processor name and the last four digits of the phone number will be visible in the Created By field in this case.

Bug fixes
Core modules
Admin. Previously, the Locked Users list on the Admin - Permissions page always contained automatically unlocked users, which was confusing. Now, automatically unlocked users will be removed from the Locked Users list after the first successful login.
Asset Manager. Occasionally, the date of adding an attachment was changed daily under the Attachments tab on the asset details view page. We've conquered this tricky bug.
Invoices. Due to an internal issue, you could receive email notifications in Romanian. We've pinpointed the issue and taken care of it.
Proposals. Those who used the platform in non-English couldn't download the MS Excel or PDF proposal report. A system error message appeared instead. Now, you can download the proposal report in the desired language.
Add-on modules
ServiceNow. The SC - Delete Connections poller didn't remove terminated users. We've added the Clean inactive connections which were not updated more than chosen days option on the Administration > System Properties page so now, the poller successfully delete inactive connections.
ServiceNow. You couldn't establish the connection via the Import User poller if Service Automation and ServiceNow emails for the user didn't match. Now, if the emails are different but the user ID is the same, the connection will be set up correctly.
