Features and improvements

Core modules

Provider Directory. The Search for a Provider Name and Search for a Provider Id text fields are now available on the client settings page.

Work Orders. The Asset Type column has been added under the Asset Details tab on the work order detailed view.

Work Orders. We've made some performance improvements, so the total NTE amount on the WOs list calculates much faster.

Add-on modules

Projects. During the program/project creation, we've added the ability to paste up to 2000 location Ids. Also, the search for a location by region and district is now available.

Bug fixes

Core modules

Admin. If you updated the location name, you couldn't view or access these locations. Now the updated locations stay visible.

Planned Maintenance Manager. The PM Frequencies page became unresponsive if the frequency description contained curly brackets { }. These symbols don’t break PM Frequencies anymore.

SC Mobile. Due to an internal issue, when you logged into the SC Mobile app through the SSO ID, you could see all locations even the ones you don't have access to. Now you can see locations based on your permissions.

Work Orders. During adding assets for several work orders on the work order list view page, you might have noticed that the page became unresponsive, and you had to refresh the page. A little bit of magic, and you can add assets again — as many times as you need!

Work Orders. When you tried to create a note on a work order and selected the Notify providers checkbox, the note wasn't generated. We've tackled the issue.

Add-on modules

Projects. When you selected tasks in a project and clicked Dispatch Selected Tasks, you saw the following error message under the Batch History tab: Asset is not found. This error message no longer appeared during the dispatch tasks process.
