Core modules

Dashboard. Labels in Dashboard 2.0 can now be set up for a specific issue list combo and/or based on the override settings. To configure it, we've added the following columns to the MS Excel issue list template:

  • The Label column on the Issues tab.
  • The LabelOverrides column on the Fields tab.

Bug fixes



Core modules

Dashboard. When you created a work order and answered interactive troubleshooting questions, the service provider wasn't updated based on the warranty overrides configured in your dashboard issue list. Now the service provider will be updated as expected.

Planned Maintenance Manager. Upon editing PM frequencies, when you tried to see the open locations, the location list under the Open Stores filter was empty. The open locations are visible under this filter now.
