Location Dashboard

Get more from your budget with new features for Location Dashboards that improve accuracy and reduce overspending:

  • Automatically override the default provider rank, category, NTE, or priority based on the value of dates or numbers in location note headers; for example, you can change providers after a service contract or construction warranty expires

  • Avoid double spending by allowing users to easily filter and find duplicate work orders by area within a location

  • Set custom messages on the duplicate warning page, for more clarity on what users should do when reviewing or identifying duplicate work orders

  • Verify the asset linked to a new work order on the confirmation screen

  • Set the assignee on the work order confirmation screen to accelerate resolution

  • Downgrade work order priority during creation to reduce costs

  • Copy settings from one dashboard to another, so you can quickly set up new locations or make changes across multiple locations

Avoid wasted spend on unnecessary work orders:

  • Prevent the creation of unnecessary work orders based on questions in the Decision Tree flow. This gives you more control over whether work orders are justified in certain situations, so you can avoid wasted spend.

  • Track the number of work orders that were prevented by Guided Troubleshooting or Decision Tree, giving you better visibility into associated cost savings.

Streamlined Work Order Creation in Location Dashboard

It now takes fewer clicks to navigate to your Dashboard and create a work order. From the menu button or landing page, you can now navigate to your Location Dashboard without having to first search for the applicable location.

Field Tech Manager

Technician Shift Assignments

Providers and field tech managers can now create shifts and assign technicians to them. They can also assign work orders to specific technicians, increasing operational efficiency with added clarity.

Proposal Manager

Streamlined View of Related Proposals

When multiple proposals are connected to a work order, you can now act on all of them at once in a single window

Provider Assignment

Copy and Paste Provider Assignments Across Locations

You can now copy provider assignments from one location to another and choose to overwrite  or add to existing assignments. When creating a new location, just copy and paste from an existing one instead of starting from scratch.

Checklists

Checklist

You can now save time by duplicating an existing checklist instead of creating it from scratch.

ServiceChannel Mobile App

Streamlined Mobile Experience

Settings in ServiceChannel Mobile App now match the ones on your Location Dashboard, giving you a more aligned mobile experience.

Invoice Manager

Additional Approval Codes for Invoice Line-Items

You can now set additional approval codes at the line-item level of an invoice rather than just a[CB15] t the overall invoice level, allowing for better customization and control.

Work Order Manager

Manage User Permissions for Labels

You now have more control over which users can create new labels in Work Order Manager.

Improved List of Reschedule Reasons

You and your providers can now select from a list of more detailed reasons when rescheduling a work order, giving both parties a better understanding of why work is being rescheduled.

See All Linked Work Orders

We’ve added a new column to the All Calls Report (Long Format) that shows all linked work orders, giving you better visibility to related work.

FEATURED RELEASE NOTES

User Admin Page – Search User Function

We have added the All users option under the Users tab in Admin > Permissions. Use it to filter a long list of users without specifying a user type.

 Export All WO Properties

Now you can download the MS Excel reports from the Categories, Priorities, Statuses, and Trades / NTEs tabs on the Admin - WO Properties page.

User ROLE Setup Doesn’t Override the Previous One

When you uploaded a new User Feed template that did not contain the currently used primary roles, those roles were still displayed in the Permissions tab. This flow has changed. Now, if a primary role is not included in the newly uploaded template, it will be deleted, and you won't see it. Also, if a user has a primary role, it needs to be reassigned after uploading the new User Feed template. To use this feature, you need the Support role. If you want to keep the old workflow, contact your Customer Success Manager.
