Features and improvements
Core modules
Dashboard. In Dashboard 2.0, we've added the ability to disable the tooltips that contain information about the latest features and appear for those who log in to the dashboard for the first time. 📞Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable the feature.
MLI. We've made some changes in the MLI Configuration Check MS Excel report:
- The Invoice ID column was replaced by Invoice #.
- The Tracking # column was added to display the work order tracking number.
- Also, the Level Name column now contains MLI level names as they are shown under the MLI Levels section.
Add-on modules
Enhanced Inventory Manager. Feel free to include the manufacturer part number in your part details! The Manufacturer (MFG) Part Number field is now available when you edit your inventory parts. Also, the Manufacturer Part Number column is added to the part catalog MS Excel template.
Projects. The Type and Auto-Approved columns were added to the Change Orders tab on the project details page. Use the Type column to see what kind of changes were made, for example, a new task was added. Refer to the Auto-Approved column to check if change orders were auto-approved.
Bug fixes
Core modules
Compliance Manager. When you declined a provider's invitation to join your Private Network, the message was generated in German despite the selected language. We've fixed the issue.
Dashboard. There was an issue with a low performance of the work order creation process in Dashboard 2.0. The keyword search results loaded longer than before. Now when you type in the keyword search field and select the desired option from the drop-down list, the issue list selections will populate automatically within 5 seconds.
Planned Maintenance Manager. Upon editing a PM frequency you may have noticed that a past date was added automatically in the Stop Generating Work Orders on field, even if you didn't insert a date previously. Therefore, PM work orders for such a frequency were not generated. Now you are able to leave the Stop Generating Work Orders on field empty.
Add-on modules
Enhanced Inventory Manager. You couldn't upload a parts catalog if an extra end space was added to a brand name in the MS Excel template. Next time you upload your catalog, even if there are spaces at the end of the brand name, the system will remove them automatically to avoid issues with uploading.
