Core modules
Asset Manager. The Manage Assets page was a little on the slow side — it took too long to load the page when applying filters, sorting assets, refreshing pages, and switching between them. We've improved the performance, and now the page works without a hitch.
Dashboard. Typically, users created per the Auto Users settings in Dashboard should get access to the dashboard within 24 hours. However, at the lapse of 24 hours, users could not enter their accounts and had to reset their passwords manually. We've tackled the problem.
Invoices. Those who are using our Tax Validation solution might have noticed a discrepancy between the tax code on the same invoice in ServiceChannel and in the Avalara report. We've solved the problem so that the figures match each other.
Work Orders. When a provider accepted or declined a service request via email, you saw their user ID instead of their name on the WO note. We took care of the issue so that you see the name of the user, not their ID.
Add-on modules
Enhanced Inventory Manager. There was an issue with setting up a rule for a store transfer in the Inventory Administration section — the Trade dropdown displayed only a part of the trades list. We've made the whole list available again.
Enhanced Inventory Manager. When you viewed parts stored at a location on any page other than the first one, it was impossible to use the Type and Group filters and select the Below Minimum checkbox. Now all these filters work seamlessly on each and every page.
Refrigerant Tracking Manager. There was a discrepancy between the amounts of used refrigerant stated in the Leak Events report and in the GreenChill report. We've solved the problem so that the figures match each other.
