Bug fixes

Core modules

Compliance Manager. Some of you could get email alerts about providers' expired insurance certificates even when the insurance was still valid, which led to confusion. We tackled the issue, you will no longer receive misleading emails.

Dashboard. There were occasional issues with adding attachments to work orders created from the dashboard. When you uploaded an attachment and hit the Submit Request button, the "Please wait" message appeared, and the process got stuck. The problem is solved — you can add attachments without hassle.

Planned Maintenance Manager. Sometimes, when you started searching for a location on the PM Locations page, your text was cleared from the field without letting you finish typing. This issue won't bother you anymore.

Planned Maintenance Manager. When you were creating or editing a PM service, the Location Note Header dropdown contained blocks of unintended technical information. The menu works as it should.

Provider Directory. Providers ran into an error message (“Can't get head office details”) when attempting to update their payment method. The problem occurred when the head office details were entered, but the office's status was Inactive. Now, when the office is inactive, you will see another message: “Head office in Active status is required.” In this case, you first need to set the office status as Active.

Provider Directory. When a provider entered their insurance amounts on the Clients page and tried to save them, the warning message appeared saying that some of the values entered were below the minimum required by the client — even if the values were kept within the limits. This confusing information will not appear if the insurance amounts entered comply with the client's requirements.

Site Planning Manager. Occasionally, when you tried to filter audits for the past month on the Site Planning Reports page, the Date Range filter looked disabled. We’ve made some view changes — now, the Date Range filter looks enabled, and unavailable dates are highlighted in red.

Work Orders. In the Work Order Assignment section of Provider Automation as well as in the SC Provider mobile app, work orders in the Completed status were not removed from FTM technicians' WO assignment list, which was misleading. Once completed, WOs no longer appear there.

Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. In some cases, you could see the Immediate Transfer checkbox on the Shopping Cart page when you created a standard transfer. The checkbox is not a part of the workflow and you couldn't use it, so we removed it from the page.
