Work Orders. After FTM internal technicians stop logging the repair time and select the Stop Repair status, the work order automatically moves to the In Progress / Dispatch Confirmed status. Our new feature allows changing the WO status to In Progress / Incomplete instead. Contact your CSM to enable this feature.
Work Orders. Along with other location information, the WO details screen now also shows the phone number 📞 you can tap to contact the location.
Bug fixes
Work Orders. Some of the Planned Maintenance work orders appeared in the app without a problem description. This information doesn’t vanish into thin air anymore.
