Features and improvements




General. Canadian French speakers will find the improved translation of the app.

Site Access. For the cases when you are logged in via PIN, and your client requires you to check in with a technician account, we’ve updated the message you see in the app. It informs you about the client’s requirements and instructs you on how to quickly solve the problem.

Bug fixes




Work Orders. In work order dispatch emails for FTM internal technicians, we’ve fixed a link to the SC Provider mobile app. Tap the link to start working on the assigned work order!

Work Orders. Tapping a work order tracking number in the confirmation message about a successfully created work order didn’t take FTM internal technicians to the WO details. We’ve replaced the broken link with a functioning one.

Site Access. Opening your badge from the More menu triggered a work order note stating that a badge scan was requested. From now on, such notes will be added to WOs only when a badge scan is required by your client.
