Features and improvements

Core modules

Analytics. Another member has joined our family of pilot dashboards — No Activity on Work Orders. Use it when you need to get a report on Open and In Progress work orders that have not been updated in the past 7, 14, or 30 days. No WO will remain uncaught!

Add-on modules

Site Access. 9,999.9 miles — this is the new geolocation radius you can set (as an admin) for technicians to be able to check into work orders. The previous maximum distance was only 99.9 miles. Not large enough, is it?

Bug fixes

Core modules

Asset Manager. You tried to sort the assets on the list, but nothing happened until you clicked Apply above the filters panel. This extra step is no longer needed — once you click the sorting icon, the action happens immediately.

Work Orders. Misleading work order notes made you think that someone moved the WO from one status to another, which was not true — no status change was registered on the Status History tab on the WO details page. Off with that!

Work Orders. Providers didn’t see your latest notes when you added them to work orders via the dashboard. The notes got dispatched to providers’ emails but never appeared in Provider Automation. A few tweaks on our side — and the notes don’t get lost anymore.

Add-on modules

Inventory Manager. After updating an inventory part name in the general catalog, you couldn’t upload the file back to the system. The root cause was parts with the same name within the catalog. Repeating names are not an issue anymore.
