Each Fixxbook profile has four main components - Fixxbook Profile, My Account, Trades, and Clients. You can view Fixxbook profiles for providers both within your private network and outside of your private network (for example, during the invitations process).
For service providers within your private network, you can also take specific actions while reviewing the profile, similar to those available on the Active Contractors and Inactive Contractors pages:

Clicking a service provider’s name opens the Fixxbook profile of the provider.
From the profile page, you may be able to perform actions depending on whether the provider is in your private network or not:
- In network - you may take actions similar to those available in the Active Contractors and Inactive Contractors pages.
- Out of network - you may invite the service provider to your private network, or communicate with the provider if the provider is in the invitation process.
Fixxbook Profile
There are two pages under the Fixxbook Profile tab:
- Fixxbook Profile details information about the service provider’s company, including company information, references, contact information, and after-hours information.
- Financial info details W9 information, remittance information, and sales tax information.
Fixxbook Profile
Below are the sections within each service provider’s Fixxbook profile. Use the left navigation links to jump to a specific section, or scroll through the page to view all sections.

Licenses | Details of licenses the company has specific to their trades |

Insurance | Types of insurances the company has and the details |
The icon next to each section indicates the completion status of requirements.
- Green check mark identifies completed profile section(s).
- Red exclamation mark identifies incomplete section(s), as required by your company.
- Grey check mark identifies incomplete section(s) in the service provider’s profile that are neither required by your company.
Financial Info
Below is the financial information available in a service provider’s profile.
- W9 Form - Available for viewing/downloading.
- Remittance - Remittance locations and related information.
- Sales Tax - Information for each region the service provider offers services.
- From the desired service provider’s profile, hover your mouse over Fixxbook Profile at the top-left. The drop-down list opens.
- Click Financial Info. The W9 form displays.
- Use the left menu to navigate to each desired section.
- Hover your mouse over the Fixxbook Profile tab at the top-left. In the drop-down list that opens, click Financial Info.
In the main pane, under W-9 Form, click Print.
A PDF version of the W9 form downloads to your device.You may also download the W9 directly by using the Actions drop-down menu in the top-left corner of the page.
My Account
The My Account page displays the Contractor and Supplier Automation (or CSA) agreement, and whether the service provider agreed to the terms and conditions.
Service Providers who do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of the CSA Program may not be able to invoice.
Trades
The Trades page displays which trade(s) the service provider services, and which region(s) the services are provided
- Trades - List of trades the company provides.
- Regions - Lists the regions serviced, and whether a region is serviced by the service provider or subcontracted.
- Assign trades to regions - Details of trades offered in specific locations, and whether it is self-performed or subcontracted.
Clients
Here you can view the status of sections listed below.

Client Rates | Current and proposed rates. You can view more information by clicking the rates for each service type. You can also approve or reject a provider’s proposed rates. See Taking Action on Proposed Rates below. |

Banking | Whether the service provider specified banking information, and the currency’s banking information is available |

Client Agreements | Agreements between you and the service provider, as setup in the Agreements section of Compliance Manager |

Taking Action on Proposed Rates
A service provider can offer proposed rates for each trade serviced. You can use this information, in combination with the quality of services offered by the provider, to help determine the provider’s ranking. By doing so, you can identify a reliable pool of service providers per trade. This helps you assign work orders to the best available service providers.
Within each provider’s profile, you can manage the proposed rates.
- In the desired service provider’s profile, click the Clients tab at the top of the page.
- Click Client Rates in the left navigation pane.
- Click the Propose tab in the main pane.
- Click Approve under the Propose tab.
The approved rate appears in the Propose tab until the date in the As of field. When the proposed rate has a current date in the As of field, it appears in the Current tab.
- In the desired service provider’s Fixxbook profile page, click the Clients tab at the top.
- Click Client Rates in the left navigation pane.
- Click the Propose tab in the main pane.
- Click Reject under the Propose tab.
The Reject Proposed Rate pop-up window appears. - Enter the reason for rejecting the proposed rates.
- Click Reject. A notification is sent to the service provider, and the rejected rate appears in the Propose tab, with the status Rejected.
