Bug fixes

Core modules

Alerts. Sometimes, providers could receive the Scheduled Date Compliance Alert email containing an empty attachment. The issue occurred when no work orders required the provider's attention. Now, in this case, the email alert won't be sent.

Dashboard. To avoid confusion, the unsatisfactory feedback and status change notes will now be displayed under the Attachments & Notes tab on the work order details view, even if the Allow Adding Notes and Allow Adding Notes For Completed Wo's settings on the Notes tab in the dashboard settings are disabled.

Work Orders. Providers could see declined work orders on the work order list view page. This happened when the auto-reassign setting was enabled on the Admin - WO Properties > Trades / NTEs page in Service Automation. After declining a work order, it will no longer be visible in the provider's WO list.

Add-on modules

Enhanced Inventory Manager. In the MS Excel Parts Catalog template, we've renamed the price types in the Price Valuation column to coincide with the add part modal on the Inventory > Parts Catalog page. The StandardManual, and Average options have been renamed PriceAverage, and Replacement Cost.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. We've eliminated the discrepancies between the trigger date displayed on the Leak Summary overlay on the Work Orders and Manage Assets pages.
