Viewing and Downloading Assets Meter Reading Data

The asset meter reading data collected can be viewed and or downloaded from the asset’s detail screen under the Asset Readings tab.

On this screen, you can:

  • Select which Meter data point will be displayed
  • Select the Reading Date From & Reading Date To range
  • Export Asset data for the meters selected; and 
  • Add additional Meter Reading data
⦿ How to View and Download Asset’s Meter Data
  1. Navigate to Manage Assets section of Assets (Equipment).
  2. Using the filters in the left-hand panel of the page, locate the asset whose data you want to view or download.

  3. Click the asset’s tag ID to access the asset details page.

  4. Switch to the Asset Readings tab.

    In the example below, the asset has: 
    • 2 associated meters;
    • 4 meter readings;
    • 2 meter reading associated with a work order; and
    • 2 meter readings that are not associated with a work order.

  5. Click the Meter Name button, and select a search filter from the drop-down list.

  6. Select the Reading Date From and Reading Date To using the date selectors.

    In the example above, the filters have been set to return meter readings for:

    1. Generator Meter 1; and
    2. From April 16, 2020 to April 20, 2020
  7. Click the Export # Asset Readings button to download the report. The number corresponds to the number of records in the report.
