The Contracted Services page shows information about active and inactive contracts.

Active contract. Once you have created a new contract with the end date in the future, the contract is automatically active.

Inactive contract. Once the contract expires, it automatically becomes inactive. 



Active and Inactive Tabs


On the page, you also see key information about each contract:

  1. Active / Inactive tabs: help you to filter either active or inactive contracts. 
  2. Filter: you can easily find the desirable contract by the contract ID, provider, and contract creation date.
  3. Contract ID: the unique identifier of the contract in the system. The ID number will help you to track work orders under this contract ID and associate your PM frequencies with the contract. 
  4. Duration: displays the start and end date of the contract.
  5. Provider name: the name of the service provider assigned to fulfill the PM services according to the contract. 
  6. Category: displays the category assigned to the contract.
  7. Trade: displays the trade assigned to the contract.
  8. View Detail: the button you can click to see the detailed information about the contract.  
  9. Create New: the button you can click to create a new contract.
