Total Tasks is a combination of issued and unissued tasks that are associated with various projects.

Viewing Issued Tasks

Viewing issued tasks for all projects in projects dashboard - all projects

Issued Tasks represents the total number of tasks in projects that were issued out to a service provider. You will be able to identify the work order lifecycle status of each task.

Viewing unissued tasks for all projects in projects dashboard - all projects

Unissued Tasks are tasks within projects but have not been submitted and eventually started by the service provider. Projects that are created and have tasks are viewed as still waiting to begin.
