When a host contractor company wants to work with you through ServiceChannel, you will receive an invitation through via email. Accepting this invitation is important so that lets your host company can assign to you work orders to you that were generated on the ServiceChannel Service Automation platform. You, in turn, can then assign these work orders to your technicians or sub-contractors.

Here you can:
- accept Accept the invitation from your business partner;.
- assign Assign work orders to your technician team; and.
- invite Invite other companies as your sub-contractors onto the platform.
