The Service Automation Administration module, or Admin, is designed to provide you with self-service functionality to perform system administration tasks. You can use Admin to configure and manage the following features within Service Automation

Location Note Headers
Manage configurable fields that are required by your organization. Examples of location note headers include District/Regional Manager contact information, square footage, lease expiration date, brand, etc.
WO Properties
Manage service categories, work order statuses and priorities and trades/NTEs.
Accounting
Manage approval codes and GL codes.
Invoices
Configure invoice date options.
Permissions
Manage users and their permissions, security options and mobile access.
Site Audit
Manage audit types and review upload history of the audit type template.
Providers
Review contractors and manage internal providers.

How to Access
Log in to Service Automation using your username/password or through single sign-on service.
On the top-left of the page, click the menu icon and select Admin > Location Note Headers.
You will see theLocation Notes Headers page, where you can add, edit, or delete location note headers.

Turn on the Admin User permission (Admin module).
Speak with your internal ServiceChannel administrator to turn on this permission
