Log on now to check your provider profile and make sure it’s complete and up-to-date. If you’ve expanded your service area, be sure it’s accurately reflected on the map in your profile.
Understand what makes up your performance scores for Quality, Speed, Price and Engagement. Follow best practices to improve and keep them high.
You can see your four scores now in the Marketplace Score section of your provider homepage. Starting July 25, if If any of your customers have specific service agreements or compliance requirements, they can choose new options to streamline the proposal and invoice process. You’ll get notified automatically if there’s a mismatch so you can make an immediate correction. These customers can:
Upload pre-negotiated rates for labor, materials, rentals, etc. to help streamline your invoicing.
Upload a predefined list of inventory parts with fixed fees required for specific locations and have them automatically carried over to work orders and invoices.
Automatically validate the correct entry of any pre-negotiated markups on fees, rate card labor and materials. Require submission of an official

Edit asset tag information when you’re validating asset information and discover a wrong tag number or code on a work order.

Regional settings for international service providers
As ServiceChannel continues to expand around the globe as the leader in facilities management solutions, we are adding new localization options for providers who settings such as date and time formats, currency formats and units of measure. If you operate multi-nationally or in a different country than the US. This , this will enable you to see things within the platform in formats a way that make sense for you, not just the US-centric way.
Coming July 25:
Date format: US style, 07/25/2023 can be changed to 25/07/2023
Time format: US style 2:00 PM can be changed to 14:00
Decimal separator format: US style 99.95 can be changed to 99,95
Currency code: Correct codes will be displayed for all monetary amounts, e.g. USD, GBP, EUR
Address format: Can be adjusted to match the format of a different country
Phone format (for Provider Mobile): Automatically appears in the format of the country of origin of the device no matter what country you’re in but can be changed for your country of choice.
Units of measure for distance (for Provider Mobile): Also automatically appear in the units used by the country of origin of the device no matter what country you’re in, but can be changed to your country of choice (e.g. km instead of miles).
If you have one ServiceChannel provider account across multiple regions, you’ll need to choose one format for all. If you have multiple accounts, you can choose different formats for each of your accounts.
