Proposals (permissioned users only, highlighted in dotted blue); and
Audits and Site Access (permissioned users only, highlighted in yellow).

Contact your ServiceChannel system administrator for access to SC Mobile.

From here you can:

navigate SC Mobile;
create a work order;
view and modify work orders;
add notes and photos to work orders;
take action on proposals; and
configure alerts.
