The Permissions section within the Service Automation Admin module allows you to set up new users and customize their permissions within Service Automation. You can:
- create and manage user access, including limits for NTE, Proposals, and Invoices;
- modify and customize security settings such as password complexity and retrieval requirements; and
- manage mobile authorization for users to access the ServiceChannel Mobile App.
