Accessing Service Health
On the Service Health page, you may sign up to receive ServiceHealth notices by email or SMS text message. We recommend that you sign up for ServiceHealth notifications to become aware of issues before you encounter them, or to see if an issue you are encountering was already acknowledged by our team.
ServiceHealth is accessible on our ServiceChannel website.

- At the top-left corner of the screen, click the menu icon and select ServiceHealth. The ServiceHealth page appears, showing the Current Status for each Product, as well as the status for each product over the past 7 days.
- (Optional) On the bottom of the page, enter your Name, Email, and Cell (Mobile) Phone Number to receive ServiceHealth notifications when there are minor or major issues.
