Provider Pilots are designed to help you set up performance testing period for newly accepted providers and for all providers In Network.
When you create a pilot with a specified set of work orders as a goal for the provider's testing period, it does not impact the provider’s current assignments or rankings. This allows you to track pilot work orders separately and make an informed decision on future assignments.
