List View

The Manage Assets page displays assets that exist at the locations you are assigned to service — across different subscribers.

Assets list in Provider Automation

Note

If you are not assigned to the location and trade the asset belongs to, this asset will not appear on your list.

Are you looking for a specific asset on the assets list? Especially when you are assigned to service multiple locations and trades across different clients, there may be hundreds of assets on your assets list. To quickly find the desired assets, use filters on the left panel.

On the assets list, for each asset, you can find key information such as the asset trade, condition, type, brand, location ID and address, and more.

Viewing an Asset Summary Card

On the assets list, assets appear in the form of summary cards. An asset summary card reflects key asset details as well as contains the Actions button for you to take the required action. If you cannot find the information you are interested in, deep dive into asset details by clicking the Asset tag ID.
