The Permissions section within the Service Automation Admin module allows you to set up new users and customize their permissions within Service Automation. You Using permissions, you can:
- create Create and manage user access, including limits for NTE, Proposals, and Invoices;
- modify Modify and customize security settings such as password complexity and retrieval requirements; and
- manage Manage mobile authorization for users to access the ServiceChannel Mobile App
- Configure notifications you wish to get or switch off.
