You can download the data and email reports to recipients.

Viewing Budgeted Spend
Projects that are Budgeted Spend occur when projects are included with a budget and incurred cost takes place. Individual projects support the total amount. You can identify projects in specific budget categories and how much was totaled in those budget categories.

Unbudgeted Spend are projects that were established and a budget was not attached. It occurs when projects without a budget and incurred cost take place. You can identify all projects without a budget.
