Service Automation provides templates that allow you to upload and download You can use templates to update information about Locations, Location Notesnotes, Location telephone phone numbers, and Provider Assignments Provider assignments, and Location business hours and holidays. This is useful for when you have a large number of Locations information to manage and need a quick way to upload or manage that informationlocations and want to add or update information in batch.
