There There are times when assets need to be taken out of service in cases like this assets can be deactivated. This could be due to a seasonal increase or decrease in need or or prolonged repair process. Regardless of the reason, rather than remove an asset from the database assets can be deactivated , you can deactivate it and then reactivated reactivate when the need arises.
