In addition to the ServiceChannel Standard Dashboards, Premium Analytics gives you the data to tell the story of your facilities operations. Users with access to the Explore menu can create custom visualizations and dashboards using several different datasets. In most cases, the dataset Workorders is where users will create reports from, as it is designed to satisfy 95% of queries. Other datasets such as Asset, Invoices and Proposals are available for additional queries.
