In addition to the ServiceChannel Standard Dashboards, Premium Analytics gives you the data to tell the story of your facilities operations. Users with access to the Explore menu can create custom visualizations and dashboards using using several different datasets. In most cases, the dataset Workorders will be where users will create their reports from, as it is designed to satisfy 95% of queries.
