The Active Contractors and Inactive Contractors pages display the basic profile details of your active and inactive service providers. You can review each service provider’s financial information, trades, and requirement completion in detail by viewing the Fixxbook profile.

Each Fixxbook profile has four main components - Fixxbook Profile, My Account, Trades, and Clients. You can view Fixxbook profiles for providers both within your private network and outside of your private network (for example, during the invitations process).

For service providers within your private network, you can also take specific actions while reviewing the profile, similar to those available on the Active Contractors and Inactive Contractors pages:

Taking Action on Proposed Rates

A service provider can offer proposed rates for each trade serviced. You can use this information, in combination with the quality of services offered by the provider, to help determine the provider’s ranking. By doing so, you can identify a reliable pool of service providers per trade. This helps you assign work orders to the best available service providers.

Within each provider’s profile, you can manage the proposed rates.
