Bug fixes
General. When you submitted a ticket to our ServiceChannel support team, you couldn’t add a video file as an attachment — this option was missing.
Work Orders. There was an issue with completing a checklist if it contained several questions in a row where you needed to select an answer, for example, “Yes” or “No”. Responding to such questions should not cause errors anymore.
Work Orders. Videos added to a work order didn’t show up on the Notes tab of the WO details screen.
